These Terms govern your use of the Lange Tactical Consulting website and services. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least 21 to purchase a handgun, ammunition, or enroll in certain training courses, consistent with federal and California law. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from possessing firearms or ammunition.

Firearms and ammunition purchases and transfers. All firearm and ammunition purchases and transfers occur through our Federal Firearms License, California Firearms Dealer license, and California Ammunition Vendor license, and comply with federal and California law, including background checks, eligibility checks, waiting periods, and all other applicable requirements. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that we believe, in our sole discretion, would violate law or our internal policies.

Training. Enrollment in training courses is subject to our published prerequisites, cancellation policies, and safety requirements. Students who fail to meet safety standards during a course may be removed without refund.

Intellectual property. All Content on this website is owned by Lange Tactical Consulting or licensed to us. You may view, download, and print Content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User conduct. You agree not to use this site to engage in unlawful conduct, transmit harmful code, harass other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site.

Disclaimers and liability. Use of the site is subject to our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
